Why projects here go wrong
It is almost never the code.
We have taken over enough half-finished builds to know the pattern, and it repeats. Three things account for nearly all of it, and none of them is technical.
Scope agreed on WhatsApp
A voice note is not a specification. When nobody wrote down what finished means, the last twenty per cent of the project turns into an argument — and the argument gets billed by the hour. We agree scope in writing first, and the price only moves when the scope does.
One developer, not a team
A freelancer covers one skill well. A working store needs design, front-end, a payment gateway that actually clears in rupees, and somebody who picks up the phone eighteen months later when it breaks. That is why nine service lines sit under one roof here instead of being subcontracted out.
No handover

What being in Islamabad actually changes
Most of the search results for a software house Islamabad businesses can hire look identical, so it is worth being specific about what the location buys you and what it does not.
You can turn up. Our office is F-2, Second Floor, near Mini Minor in Sector C, PWD Housing Society. It is on a verified Google Business Profile, the hours are Monday to Friday 9am–6pm and Saturday 10am–4pm, and the number on the profile is answered by someone who works here. That sounds like a low bar. In this market it is not: a large share of the companies competing for this search have an address that resolves to a flat, a co-working desk, or nothing at all. Ask for a meeting before you pay a deposit, and see who says yes.
Same time zone, same working week. Your Tuesday is our Tuesday. Nothing waits overnight for a reply, a Friday afternoon change gets made on Friday afternoon, and a launch can be scheduled for a morning when everyone who might need to fix something is awake and in the same building.
Local payment reality, handled. Rupee card processing, cash on delivery, courier integrations and local bank flows are not edge cases we read about — they are what most of the hundred-plus projects behind this page had to get right. A Shopify store built for a Pakistani buyer is a different store from one built for a British one, and the difference is mostly in the last three screens.
What it does not change: the standard. The same team ships for operators in the UK, the United States and the Gulf — Royal Travel and Flight Catchers in Britain, Team Concept in the States, Honesty Laundry in Bahrain. Work done for a client in Islamabad goes through the same review as work billed in pounds. There is no local tier.
If you already have a half-finished project
Roughly a third of what comes through this door is a recovery: a build that stalled, a developer who stopped replying, a site that went down and nobody has the login. Bring it. The teardown will tell you honestly whether it is worth continuing or worth restarting, and those two answers cost the same — nothing. We have taken over enough of them to say plainly that continuing is the right call more often than a new agency will admit, because a rebuild is the easier sale.
A software house is only worth what it hands back at the end. Ours hands back a repository you own, a hosting account in your name, documentation a different team could pick up, and a phone number that still works next year.

There is no rate card on this page on purpose. A published per-hour figure for custom software is either wrong for your project or padded enough to be right for all of them, and both waste your time. What is fixed is the process: free teardown, written scope, one price, agreed before anyone starts.
