Why a session beats a call
The expensive problems are all in your spreadsheets.
Store owners describe the symptom accurately and diagnose it wrongly, almost every time. Not because they are careless — because the evidence is spread across four places nobody looks at together.
The courier bill nobody opens
Every refused parcel costs you both legs and the packaging, and the invoice that records it arrives separately from the sales report that made you feel good. Put the two side by side and the picture changes, often dramatically, and usually in one product category or one city.
The orders that were never real
Wrong numbers, duplicates and idle curiosity are a normal share of unconfirmed cash-on-delivery volume. You cannot see the pattern in a dashboard; you can see it immediately in a month of orders sorted by delivery outcome, which takes about twenty minutes together.
The stock that is not where the store says
Selling from a shop, a warehouse and a store at once with three different counts is the most common operational failure we see in the twin cities. It shows up as oversells and cancellations, which the platform records as your fault.
What we do for sellers here
Build it, or fix what is live.
New store builds
Catalogue, theme, payments and delivery, launched properly. Elodie went live in two days on a focused catalogue.
Store rescue
Slow, broken, half-migrated or inherited from someone unreachable. Assessed in writing before anything is quoted.
Confirmation and courier flows
Automatic WhatsApp confirmation and courier booking from the order — the highest-return change most local stores can make.
WooCommerce, when it suits you better
We build both and will argue the case honestly from your volume and your team rather than from what we prefer.
Photography and product pages
The first image is most of your product page on a phone. We fix the structure and connect you with people who shoot well.
Traffic once the store is right
Search and paid from the same office, but only after the store can convert. In that order, deliberately.
Stores we launched
Four you can shop in today.
What being in the same city is actually worth
It is worth being precise about this, because "local" is used as a selling point far more often than it is used as an argument.
You can turn up. The office is F-2, Second Floor, near Mini Minor, Sector C, PWD Housing Society. Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 10am to 4pm, on a verified Google Business Profile, and the number listed is answered by someone who works there. Visiting before you pay a deposit is encouraged. In this market that is not a low bar: a large share of the firms competing for this search have an address that resolves to a flat or to nothing at all.
Your evidence is physical. Bring the courier invoices, the returns pile if you have one, and a laptop with the store admin open. An hour with all three produces a better diagnosis than a month of calls, because the problems in a cash-on-delivery business are operational and operations do not screenshot well.
Same day, same week. A Friday afternoon change gets made on Friday afternoon. Nothing waits overnight for a reply, and a launch can be scheduled for a morning when everyone who might need to fix something is awake and reachable.
What it does not buy you: a different standard. The same team builds for a British furniture retailer and an American sportswear brand. Work billed in rupees goes through the same review as work billed in pounds, and being nearby is not a discount on the quality — it is a discount on the friction.
Sellers we see most in the twin cities
Three recurring shapes. Instagram sellers with genuine demand and no infrastructure, taking orders in direct messages until the volume breaks them — for them the store is mostly an operations upgrade rather than a marketing one. Established retail shops adding an online channel, where the hard part is stock reconciliation rather than the storefront. And exporters selling abroad from here, where the constraint is which entity receives the money and which gateway it can use, and that has to be settled before anything is built.
Any competent ecommerce agency Islamabad-side should be able to tell you which of the three you are within twenty minutes, and should give you a different answer for each. If the proposal looks the same regardless, it was written before the meeting.
How it runs
An hour in the office, then a written number.
Bring the evidence
Orders, courier invoices, the store admin. Free, about an hour, and it ends with a written read of what is actually costing you money.
Fixed price from the section list
Which parts are theme, which are custom, what is out of scope. One number, within 48 hours of the session.
Build on a live preview
A shareable store preview from week one, so pricing, copy and photographs get fixed while fixing them is cheap.
Launch and hand over
Store ownership, gateway, courier accounts and domain in your name, with a walkthrough of how to change things yourself.
Money
Quoted after the session, not before it.
Focused launch
A clean store on a well-chosen theme with payments, cash on delivery and confirmation configured. Right for a first store or a tight catalogue.
- ✓Theme setup and catalogue
- ✓Gateway and COD configured
- ✓Launch checklist run
Custom build
Custom sections, bespoke product templates and the flows a purchased theme cannot express, designed around your catalogue.
- ✓Custom sections built
- ✓Speed budget enforced
- ✓Courier booking wired in
Rescue and clean-up
A store that is slow, broken or inherited. Written assessment first, including whether it is cheaper to fix or to rebuild.
- ✓Assessment before quoting
- ✓Credentials recovered
- ✓Redirects planned if it moves
No figures on this site. Store cost depends on catalogue complexity and how much of the order lifecycle needs building, and both are things we can only see once we have looked. The quote follows the session by 48 hours.
