Mobile App Development

iOS & Android apps built with Flutter and native code — consumer apps, admin panels, and booking, education and healthcare products shipped to the stores.

FlutteriOSAndroidAdmin panels

Who it's for

One Flutter codebase, two polished stores — apps your users keep on the home screen and you can actually maintain.

  • →Founders validating an MVP who need to ship without burning the runway
  • →Businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets and need an app plus an admin panel
  • →Clinics, schools and service businesses digitising bookings and records
  • →Teams replacing a clunky third-party app with something they own

What you get

The difference it makes.

Ship in weeks, not quarters

One Flutter codebase means iOS and Android move together — no doubling the timeline or the bill.

An app you can run yourself

Every app ships with an admin panel, so you manage content, users and orders without calling us.

Built to pass review

We handle App Store and Play submission, privacy labels and the rejection-prone details so launch isn't a surprise.

Performance where it counts

Native modules for camera, maps, payments and offline so the app feels fast, not like a wrapped website.

Owned, not rented

You get the source, the repo and the keys — no platform lock-in and no per-seat SaaS tax.

Process

How we work.

01

Scope & flows

We map the core loop, cut everything that isn't the MVP, and agree a price you can pay.

02

Design the screens

A clickable prototype of every screen and state — signed off before a line of production code.

03

Build & integrate

APIs, auth, payments and the admin panel, with regular builds you can install and test.

04

Launch & support

Store submission, monitoring and a support window — plus a roadmap for v2.

FAQ

Mobile App Development questions.

Flutter or native — how do you choose?
Flutter for most apps: one codebase, both platforms, faster delivery. We drop to native modules only where it earns its keep — heavy camera, maps, Bluetooth or offline work.
Do we get an admin panel too?
Yes — almost every app we build ships with a web admin panel so you can manage users, content and orders yourself. It's quoted as part of the project, not an upsell.
Can you publish to the App Store and Play Store for us?
We handle the full submission — store listings, screenshots, privacy details and the review back-and-forth. You keep ownership of both developer accounts.
What happens after launch?
You get a support window for fixes, crash monitoring, and the option of a maintenance retainer or fixed sprints for new features.
Flutter or native — how do you actually decide?
By what the app has to touch. If it lives on ordinary screens, lists, forms, payments, notifications, a camera, Flutter gives you both stores from one codebase and one team, and the saving is real rather than theoretical. Native earns its cost when the app depends on something platform-specific and performance-critical — heavy real-time graphics, deep hardware integration, a watch or a widget that has to feel completely native. Most products people bring us are the first kind, and we will say so even though the second is a larger invoice.
Whose Apple and Google accounts does it get published under?
Yours, always, and it is worth being firm about this. The developer accounts hold your app's identity, its reviews, its ranking history and its ability to ship an update — an app published under an agency's account is an app you cannot take with you. We will set the accounts up with you if you do not have them, act as a delegate during the build, and step off them at handover. If any firm resists this, that is the answer to a much bigger question.
What happens at the next breaking Flutter release?
It gets planned for rather than discovered. Framework upgrades are routine work on a live app, not an emergency, and the honest thing to settle before signing is whether that work sits inside your arrangement or arrives as a separate invoice. Ours is explicit about it either way. The apps that become expensive to own are the ones left untouched for two years and then needing a rescue, and by then the cost is a rebuild rather than an upgrade.
We have an app that another team abandoned. Will you take it over?
Usually, after reading it — and the read is a day of work we do before quoting rather than a formality. What decides it is not how messy the code is but whether the build reproduces: can we check it out, install it, and get a signed artefact onto a device. If yes, almost anything else is recoverable. If nobody has the signing keys, the accounts or a working pipeline, the honest quote is closer to a rebuild, and it is better to hear that in week one.
