We built the RapidKill admin app — a Flutter + Firebase platform that lets pest-control and other service businesses manage clients, jobs, invoices and reports, and email or print PDFs straight to clients — shipped in six weeks.
The brief
Clients, jobs, invoices and reports — scattered across paper and spreadsheets. One admin app to run it all.
Service businesses like pest control run on client records, job scheduling, invoices and reports — usually scattered across paper and spreadsheets. RapidKill needed one admin app to manage clients and jobs, generate invoices and reports, and send polished PDFs to clients.
