Rawalpindi Β· Twenty minutes away

A software house Rawalpindi businesses can reach in twenty minutes.

The office is in Sector C, PWD β€” the Islamabad side of the twin cities, and closer to most of Rawalpindi than a lot of Rawalpindi is to itself. Visits are not billed as travel, and meetings happen the same week rather than the same month.

What we see from this side of the twin cities

The first system usually replaces a register, not a website.

Rawalpindi work looks different from capital-side work. It is older businesses with real operations, and the software question arrives late and under pressure.

The ledger is the system

Stock, credit, receivables and who owes what all live in a book and in one person's memory. It works, until that person is unavailable or until two branches need the same number at once. The first build is almost never a website β€” it is the thing that turns the ledger into something two people can read at the same time.

A previous attempt already failed

A great many businesses here have already paid for software once. It was usually a generic package that did not match how the trade actually works, abandoned within months, and the memory of it makes the second attempt harder to justify internally. That history is worth talking about openly rather than around.

Nobody in the company is technical

Which means the system has to be usable by people who did not choose it, in Urdu-speaking workflows, on the phones they already have. Software written for a technical buyer fails here for reasons that have nothing to do with quality.

One office, and why that is the honest answer

How it runs

We come to you first.

01

A visit, not a call

For an operational business the first meeting should be where the work happens. Free, and it is where the real requirements surface.

02

Your process, written down

Exactly as you run it, including the exceptions. This document is the scope, and you own it whoever builds the system.

03

Phase one is the part that hurts

Live in weeks, in use by your team, judged on whether it helped. Nothing else is built until that answer is yes.

04

Handover in your name

Server, database, code and every account registered to your business, plus documentation for whoever comes after us.

Money

Phased, so a first attempt cannot be a large mistake.

Process write-up

A visit and a written description of how your business actually runs, with the software decision at the end of it. Yours to keep, including if you go elsewhere.

  • βœ“Written in plain language
  • βœ“Yours either way
  • βœ“Fixed, quoted up front

Phase one

The single part of the operation that is currently costing you money, built and in use. Small enough to judge, and priced on its own.

  • βœ“Live in weeks
  • βœ“Stop after it if it is enough
  • βœ“Fixed price

Support and extension

Monthly, once something is live and people depend on it. Optional β€” the handover is complete whether or not you take it.

  • βœ“No lock-in
  • βœ“Your servers and accounts
  • βœ“Cancel with notice

No figures on this site. The same brief costs very different amounts depending on how many exceptions your process carries, and we cannot know that until we have seen it, so the number follows the visit rather than preceding it β€” within 48 hours.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Do you have an office in Rawalpindi?
No, and we are not going to claim one. The office is F-2, Second Floor, near Mini Minor, Sector C, PWD Housing Society β€” twenty minutes from most of Rawalpindi, verified on Google, and open six days a week. Rawalpindi clients are treated as local: visits both ways, no travel charges, no separate rate.
Is a web development company Rawalpindi-side going to be cheaper than an Islamabad one?
Not meaningfully, and anyone quoting a big discount purely on geography is discounting something else. Prices here are set by scope, not by which side of the boundary you are on, and there is no separate rate card for the twin cities. What proximity genuinely saves you is time and misunderstanding, which on an operational build is worth more than a percentage.
We tried software before and it did not work. Why would this be different?
Usually because the last one was a generic package assuming a process you do not have. The first thing here is writing down how your business actually works, including the parts that look wrong to an outsider and are not. If we cannot describe your process back to you accurately, we have not earned the build yet.
Can our staff use it if they are not comfortable with computers?
That is a design constraint from the start, not an afterthought. Fewer screens, larger targets, defaults that match what usually happens, and workflows that survive being done in a hurry. We test with the people who will actually use it before launch, and that session changes the software more than any specification meeting.
How long does a first system take?
Phase one is usually four to eight weeks depending on how many exceptions the process carries. Full systems run longer, but you should not be committing to a full system on a first engagement β€” the whole point of phasing is that you get to judge us on something small first.
Do you also build the website and handle the marketing?
Yes, both, from the same office β€” but for most trading and distribution businesses the operations system is worth more than the website, and we say so even though the website is the easier sale. If enquiries are what you are short of, that is a different conversation and the marketing page covers it honestly, including what we cannot yet prove.
Who owns the system?
You do, entirely, from the first day. Code, server, database, domain and every third-party account in your business's name. This gets asked because withholding access is used as leverage in this market often enough to be a reasonable worry, so it is written into the contract rather than promised on a call.

We will come and look at how you work.

A free visit and a written read of what to build first β€” or not to build at all. Twenty minutes from the office, and no travel on the invoice.
