King Driving School — WhatsApp admissions from Meta Ads

Nobody books a driving course straight from an ad. They ask first: how many days, is the car shared, will someone pick me up, is there a lady instructor. In Pakistan they ask on WhatsApp, and they ask several schools at once. The job of the ads is to start as many of those conversations as possible with people who live near a branch, at a cost the school can sustain.

We run the account around one outcome, WhatsApp conversations started. Admission campaigns target the areas each branch serves and open a chat directly, where the school's offer does the rest: ten full road days, one student per car, doorstep pick-up and certified male and female instructors.

From April to September 2026 the ads reached 954,000 accounts and started 8,156 conversations with learners. Hiring campaigns for instructors and staff ran separately and are left out of that number. The PWD admissions campaign started 7,511 of them at about PKR 26 each, and the newer I-10 campaign brought the cost down to about PKR 23. A year-long awareness campaign reached over half a million people as well, keeping the school's name in front of the area between enquiries.
