Cash on delivery is the reason Pakistani ecommerce works and the reason it is hard to run. Every order is a phone call, a courier booking and a return risk, and the tools that handle each of those live in different tabs owned by different companies.
Konnectify collapses that into one screen. Orders from Shopify, WooCommerce, WhatsApp and the in-store POS arrive in a single queue with the channel marked, fulfilment state filters across the top, and the courier a click away on each row — book PostEx or Leopards and the tracking status finds its way back on its own.
The parts that usually go unmeasured are measured here. Customer profiles carry lifetime value and risk scoring, with a serial-returner blocklist, because in a COD market the cost of a bad order is the courier fee twice over. Reporting is COGS-aware, so the profit number accounts for what the stock cost rather than only what it sold for.
Konnectify is our own platform, run for our own and our clients' stores. When a courier changes an API or a marketplace changes a webhook, we are the ones fixing it.
